Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn proudly announces the appointment of Natalie Martinez as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2024. Ms. Martinez brings extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and a deep commitment to empowering young women and girls. She joins Girls Inc. from Strong Women Strong Girls, where she has served as a dedicated advocate for girls’ education and empowerment.

Siobhan Kelly, Chair of the Board of Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn, expressed enthusiasm about Ms. Martinez’s appointment, stating, “We are thrilled to welcome Natalie Martinez as our new CEO. Natalie’s proven leadership and passion for advancing opportunities for girls and young women aligns perfectly with Girls Inc.’s mission. Her strategic vision and dedication to equity and inclusion will guide us as we continue to empower girls to be strong, smart, and bold.”
