Friends and pickleball enthusiasts alike gathered in September for the first annual Win-4-All Pickleball Tournament benefitting Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn, hosted by board member Marcel Quiroga and TQM Wealth Partners. With the threat of Hurricane Lee looming, it was unclear what kind of weather we would have; however. we lucked out with a perfect late summer/early fall day. The tournament kicked off on Friday night, beginning with some light yoga and pickleball clinics followed by cocktails and light bites. By Sunday morning, everyone was eager to get out on the courts. There were approximately 80 players who came out and raised $20,000 supporting the Girls Inc. Experience programming, including STEM education, math and reading programs, leadership development, and social-emotional support.
